Smoking: Smoking inside the apartment is strictly prohibited.

Quiet hours: Please keep noise levels low between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM to ensure neighbors can rest.

Furniture arrangement: Moving furniture or relocating it to different rooms is not permitted.

Visitors: Access is restricted to guests registered in the booking. Visitors are not allowed.

Parties and events: Hosting parties or any type of event on the property is strictly prohibited.

Drying rack: Please use only the provided indoor drying rack.

Energy conservation: Turn off all electronic devices and lights when leaving the property.

Trash disposal: Accumulated trash must be taken directly to the dumpsters located on the left side of the parking area, preferably at night. Disposal at other locations within the building is not permitted.

Toilet paper: Two rolls are provided as a complimentary starter supply. Guests must purchase additional supplies at local stores.

Linen/Towel exchange: We offer an optional towel exchange service (R$ 30) and bed linen exchange service (R$ 30).

Cleaning service: Additional cleaning during your stay can be requested in advance for R$ 100.

Sofa bed: For bookings requiring the use of the sofa bed, we provide a complete linen set based on the number of guests listed in the reservation.

Wi-Fi: High-speed internet details and the password can be found in this guide.

Television: The Smart TV offers free-to-air channels via the CDNTV app and allows access to the guest's own streaming apps.

Kitchen: The space is equipped with appliances and utensils for meal preparation. Parking: Use only designated parking spaces and ensure you do not obstruct the passage of other vehicles.

Penalties: Failure to comply with any rule on this list reserves the host the right to terminate the reservation immediately, without a refund of the amount paid.
